Our project included construction of a new porch, renovation of an existing porch, installation of new gutters, installation of new windows and the removal and replacement of siding. We met with multiple contractors in planning this project and I don't believe we could have picked a better one than Jim and Beantown Home Improvements. "Power was doing work in the area and approached me about gutter and siding replacement. I contracted with them to replace the trim and gutters. The first day 3 people came to remove the old gutters and replace the trim. They worked from 8am to 6pm. The second day the gutter installers came. Both teams worked effeciently and I am happy with the results. People came when they said they would, sent a reminder that the work crews were coming and sent a quality assurance person to check the work performed."

"I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Marcelo was professional, communicated what needed to be done and provided a very reasonable quote. They replaced them full trim on two 2nd floor windows and the corresponding rows of clapboard siding. They added insulation (no wonder that room was so cold before!) and even painted the clapboards so they look seamless with the rest of the house!
