"I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I did not know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 floodlights. The company informed me that he would arrive earlier than scheduled which was a good surprise. He was very professional and courteous. After installing the first light without any problems he moved on to the second and oh boy that is where the problems begin. The old breaker for the circuit to all the oldside lights were totally wrong. So instead of 120v going thru the line, it was 250v. This is why my old flood lights failed in the first place and needed replacing. Franciso went above and beyond to find this out. He was all up in my attic tracing the wires back to the fuse box and figured it out in no time. When he replaced the old flood lights the metal bracket was all burnt and fried black. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it was not for Francisco's hard work I would have never found out. I definitely want to thank Mr. Electric for sending him to my house. If you want peace of mind and quality work done right at a reasonable price do not hesitate to call Mr. Electric and Francisco. Definitely my new go to electricians from now on.
