At first he was working on his own, but that did not stop him from putting in the exceptional work that he did. Manager Jeff C. then showed up to assist him, and I very much enjoyed and appreciated his "hands-on" approach with helping Jake on the installation of my shower area. "Replaced a 24 yr old water heater. Good work, very thorough job. New gas line was extra. Overcharged for a sediment trap/drain for the natural gas line that was not in the original quote. Charged $95 for $1.00 worth of black pipe and 5 min to install. Other than that, very good work and value."

The removed the tub (we're geriatric) and installed a new shower with bench, put in new tile floor and reworked the electrical.
