"Purchased the "$99 for one hour of service" deal. They contacted me quickly via phone. After describing the issues with the refrigerator, it was recommended that I forgo the visit since the repair would be quite expensive and should consider a replacement. I really appreciate the honest assessment! Five stars!"

"Robert has a wealth of knowledge regarding small and large appliances. He has kept my aged side-by-side Subzero running for years. Robert thoroughly explains what has caused the need for his service and whether it's best to repair or replace the appliance. "Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."
