"I had a small leak due to a nail pushing back up out of the roof tile. It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

"Signature Exteriors did a great job. They were prompt in responding to my request through Angie's list. They came out the same week and inspected the roof. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"Excellent. My neighbor had used Troy Fitch (Cornerstone) for his roof and HIGHLY recommended him. I contracted with him to replace my roof, clean the gutters (and make some small repairs), power wash my house and refinish my deck. EVERYTHING was done extremely well and in a prompt time frame. His employees were great, and the communication between the owner (Troy) and the homeowner (me!) went very well.

I was definitely impressed with their professionalism and quality, and their prices were very competitive (not the lowest, but competitive - WELL worth it!) I would DEFINITELY hire them again (and will, to powerwash my house every year and restain the deck every few years).
