"We had a really good experience with Serenity Kitchen and Bath. Everything from the quoting process to the project and final completion went well. We had our entire kitchen gutted and remodeled. It was a big project so we talked with several contractors before choosing Serenity. They had a lot of questions during the bid process and were very specific. More so than the other companies we talked to. This felt tedious at the time as we really just wanted to compare pricing. Looking back I'm glad they did because we got exactly what we wanted and there were no surprises or misunderstandings. The rendered drawings Justin made were also very helpful and detailed. Serenity was not the least expensive company we talked to but they weren't the most expensive either. I am very happy with the quality of work and service for the price we paid. As for the project itself, it took about 6 weeks to complete which was a couple weeks ahead of schedule. There were at least 2-4 workers on site everyday Mon - Fri. They showed up on time, were respectful, and cared about what they were doing. Shout out to Chris, Nick, Sean, and Christian. We're very pleased with the work you did and it was a pleasure having you in our home. Another thing I want to share was after the first week or so I had no concern about the job getting done correctly or meeting my expectations. Steve's (the owner) standards are higher than mine and had the guys scrape and redo a textured ceiling that looked completely fine to me. When choosing a contractor I was nervous and heard horror stories about jobs going well past schedule or budget. My experience was quite the opposite and I couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.
