"I can't say enough about the incredible job that Mr. Norkus and his crew did with replacing my gutters, repairing the fascia board, and capping all the exterior wood trim. It looks incredible!! Mr. Norkus was thorough and professional from the initial estimate to the final inspection of the work that he and his crew performed. He explained every step of the process, He was patient with me and responsive to my questions. He made recommendations that I hadn't thought of and explained both the pros and cons of one aspect of the work that I had requested. I can't thank him enough for the job that he did. Finally, when I received the final bill it was less than the original estimate. Mr. Norkus explained to me that the original estimate included the cost of replacement of 100' of fascia board, but that he only needed to replace 70' of fascia. Thorough, professional, and honest. I have already recommended him to a friend."

"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed.
