"The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. He sold us on an experienced crew and then hired a sub contractor that he had no prior experience working with. For four weeks he sent one guy with no help and no oversight. Along the way there were a few large mistakes and numerous small mistakes. We spent thousands on cabinets, appliances and other materials that ended up dented and scratched. He left trash and scrap outside, broken glass in the yard, and trashed our deck. There was no electrical rough in inspection and the plumbing failed the first inspection. Overall Total Home Solution did the bare minimum and it shows in the finished product."

"This company was great. When hiring contractors it often feels like trying to solve a mystery about everything from price, to timeline, to how to get them on the phone. Not the case with this company! Phil came out explained exactly what the coats would be for each piece of the job from repair through restoration after we had flooding. The price was very reasonable and work for started right away. When an unexpected issue came up that had to be addressed before repairs could continue, we were given multiple options at different price points to fix it. At no time were decision points made into high pressure sales pitches. Our contractor Jose was reliable, professional, and respectful of our home. From the initial quote to the last piece of trim he installed in our newly renovated kitchen Alex's work was impeccable. He completely renovated our kitchen and the scope of the project included adding an adjoining room that was separated by a bearing wall. My house was built in the early 1900's before there were codes. My upstairs was supported by 2 x 6's so Alex needed to install 2 x 8's plus add a 16'L x 14"H x 5" W beam to hold up the 2nd floor.
