"I've been doing my own home projects for over 20 years so I thought it would be tough to hire a contractor until I met Alex. From the initial quote to the last piece of trim he installed in our newly renovated kitchen Alex's work was impeccable. He completely renovated our kitchen and the scope of the project included adding an adjoining room that was separated by a bearing wall. My house was built in the early 1900's before there were codes. My upstairs was supported by 2 x 6's so Alex needed to install 2 x 8's plus add a 16'L x 14"H x 5" W beam to hold up the 2nd floor. I've always considered myself a resourceful person when it comes to figuring out ways to lift heavy objects but Alex resourcefulness definitely takes the cake. If you are looking for a contractor that you can trust, that can provide a fair price and do excellent quality work, Alex is your man."

"Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"
