But to get to the wall they had to take down an 100 foot vinyl fence. Besides that, my neighbors shed is 3 inches from my property line. They could not bring in any machinery. Marvin is very conscientious business man. He showed up when he said he would, worked under some of the hottest conditions imaginable to complete the work as scheduled. When a couple of issues arose he returned and redid things until I was 100% satisfied.

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
