"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. "Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. "Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"JJ was responsive and had the bathrooms done as planned. I would have liked more input and time with picking some of the materials for the bathrooms is the only reason I did not give five stars. The spacing and measurements in a bathroom could have been discussed and evaluated as well. We did request a larger shower area but the design and layout ended up with tighter spaces within the bathroom"
