"Very well. It was obvious early on that a repair wasn't possible. Harold didn't push me to replace more than I needed and worked with me to find the best replacement match possible. This was tricky because the original brand is now out of business. But he looked at all options, even calling Hunter Douglas twice to check on some details that I never even thought of. While I was warned that some orders were taking up to 8 weeks to be filled, mine was ready in 1 week. Harold came and installed the new blind and you'd never know it was a replacement for a different brand. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises."

"Great professional and customer service from John. Came and gave an estimate, had all the samples needed to make decisions. Took all the measurements. When it came time to install, took meticulous care to do it right, new power shade is just what we ordered. John even took the time to fix the drapes on the living room window. Will definitely use in the future. Highly recommend blinds plus."

"Happy with the blinds and the installer was on time and very fast. He was very professional. He did a great job plus cleaned up and took the old shades away."

"Lawrence was terrific to work with. He is knowledgeable about the blinds and showed me styles in my price range that were exactly what I was looking for. The blinds were ordered and installed within about 3 weeks. Very happy with my decision to hire them and I recommend them 100%. (True review-not paid or compensated to write)."

"I HIGHLY recommend Donna and Web Decors. Before we selected Donna we had received a quote from another company as well as pricing things on the internet that would require self-installation. Donna was the first pro that we heard from and she should have been the LAST!!! We received the quote from the other company and the price they quoted us for two rooms was more than Web Decors quoted us for our entire first floor. I could not believe that there would be such a huge price difference in two different companies. Not only was the price for two rooms through a competitor more than all the work that Donna did but the other company did not quote us the wood shutters which were the most expensive part of this project. Donna is very good about communication and getting back to you very quickly on any questions that you might have. Her and her installer Brad are both professional and will let you know if there will be a delay. We were told that the install would be hopefully completed by Christmas and it was. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the window treatments that Donna helped us pick out and that Brad expertly installed. Our house is 100 years old and we were a bit concerned that the wood shutters would look natural as extensions had to be used to get around the windows. It looks as though these were a part of the original house. We have had guests over who remarked on how beautiful the treatments look and how natural they fit into the room. It is common to get more than one estimate for a project but do yourself a favor. Get an estimate or two from a competitor and then call Donna at Web Decors and see what her prices will be. I am pretty sure that you will be pleasantly surprised by her pricing and I can guarantee that you will be happy with the finished project."

"The customer service from choosing the window treatments to having them installed was excellent. The communication was always prompt and professional. We would definitely recommend their services."

"We have not had our window treatments installed yet, however Dawn has been very helpful in answering our questions and guiding us on what to choose for our windows. She went above and beyond to make sure she was present during our shutter measurement appt with Andy. I can't say enough positive things about her and your company so far. We can't wait until our window treatments are installed!!"

"On the hottest day of the year, our air conditioning unit experienced a malfunction. Eric visited our residence the following day and conducted an inspection of the unit. He identified the problem and provided me with an estimate for the necessary repairs. Eric is an honest and diligent contractor. His fees were exceptionally reasonable, and he executed an exceptional job replacing our air conditioning unit. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and intend to retain his services in the future. Thank you, Eric, for your hard work, especially in the 90+ degree heat."
