"Mr. Minor (Melvin) came to our home and did an excellent job removing all of the grass from the area between our stone patio pavers, and then he proceeded to fill in those cracks with a sealant to prevent any further growth of grass & weeds in the patio area. He also applied a protective coating over the patio. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. The patio looks great now--better than new! We are definitely pleased with his work. And we would be happy to recommend him. He was very professional and congenial. Two satisfied customers, Jean & Danny Fisher Gainesville, VA"

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.

"Donald Scherbyn and his employees perform excellent work and work very hard to ensure that the job is completed right the first time. We were very impressed with the service and would recommend this company to all. VTI will most definetly hire this company for its future needs in this field."

"The job was great, the guys worked hard, very nice. I work for home and never heard them working or even heard the cement truck. I appreciate that they were quiet. Thanks Roger and his crew."

"They were very professional. Awesome to work with . They have a reasonable price. They didn't ask for more money and do their work. They gave me no room to complain. The price was better than anyone else. They'd came here with the time they said."

"I get that weather can push appointments but these guys are poor with communication. Got my driveway sealed but the next day found that cracks were still visible. Multiple texts back and forth telling me that they would come and fix it but they never came. The horrible communication and empty promises did it. I stopped reaching out. Use them at your own risk."

"The guys did an amazing job finishing our driveway after the first company we hired disappeared after ripping out the old driveway and never came back. They took the time to rebuild the base properly, leveled everything, and then laid a beautiful layer of asphalt. They worked with us on the price which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, professionally, and cleanly. 100% would recommend and hire again."

"It's fine, done a good job, it's a father and son team, son is responsible on the business, I'm happy with their service. cost depends on the size of the yard and depends on the deal."
