"Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work.

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

"From the first time Matt came out he set himself apart from the competition with an unusually high level of professionalism.  Matt took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted and made recommendations about what the best solution would be for our budget.  Key phrase here is that he listened to us, he wasn't trying to up-sell or pressure us into something that we didn't want or need.  He honestly wanted to get us the best product for what we needed.  He listened so well as a matter of fact that as we were in the designing phase of the project he remembered me I will eventually be adding a large concrete wrap around patio to the home.  He calculated the bottom of the stairs to the eventual height of the concrete instead of just finishing them to the existing grade which made a huge difference later when we poured the concrete, and the concrete came right to the bottom of the stairs.  It was awesome.
Throughout the process, Matt's crew was fantastic, they took care of everything and were very informative.  They answered all of the random questions that I had and whenever I pointed out something that I didn't like, they simply changed it on the spot.
I would recommend to any family member or friend, and several have already used him to build their decks.  They are equally pleased with the results.

"I bought my current SFH home in June 2014 and wanted some small odd jobs done shortly after moving in.  Nothing major, but more than I could handle as a former condo owner.  I consulted Angie's List for some handymen services and rounded up four candidates to give me estimates.  Matt was very professional and answered all my questions without being condescending or dismissive.  His quote seemed fair in comparison to some of the others I got.  And he was flexible and pleasant to deal with, by both email and in person.  Once I hired him, I was glad I did.  The work quality has been excellent all around.  I have been very pleased and hope to be hiring him again soon to do a few more jobs around the house.  We had one small hiccup with the caulking in the bathtub not curing properly. But he came right back out to correct it as soon as I let him know.  Good guy and a great team.  I highly recommend him.
