"After speaking three times with the company that put the roof on originally (Roofmaster) and being told they were trying to find the shingles but never heard back from them, I contacted Dr. Roof. They had someone at the house within 24 hours who actually had the shingles I needed in the truck. She quoted a price to repair the damage which I thought was very reasonable, then went up and made the repairs. You cannot tell where the damage was. She was very pleasant and professional."

When the owner came out to provide a quote for the repairs, he was thorough, looking over the entire roof making sure to find all areas needing repair, but nothing unnecessary. They not only showed up when they said they would but worked quickly, not sacrificing quality. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the shingles they had matched to the roof for the repair. The final repair project turned out great! When the work was completed they picked up all trash, old materials and the roofing nails that had fallen into the grass and shrubs below.
