Andrew re-did the entire thing and corrected issues where it attached to the house as necessary. He made extra sure that it was safe for dogs, someday's grandkids and that it will last a life-time. After the deck, we hired Andrew again to fix a rotted section of our sunroom's roof. He re-routed the gutters, replaced the sheeting, shingles and soffit. It's perfect ! You can't even tell anything bad happened there. Next up, ADZE will be taking on our exterior painting project -- ! Hire them -you WILL not be disappointed!"

In fairness, it did rain a more than normal amount during those weeks, but there were days of dry weather when I wondered why they don't come and do this small job. "Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"Very easy to work with and knew / shared extensive knowledge during bid, at the job, and after finished (i.e. need to wait at least 30 days before washing newly painted bathroom).  Quality work, repaired and went beyond in fixing any mistakes (painted extra wall when some paint from the ceiling got on an unpainted wall). Cleaned up well and left us all the extra paint. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that at times when he set up a phone or visit appointment, it was delayed due to being so busy on other jobs. However, he never left me hanging too long and always called the same day to report any delay's. Due to not being in any rush for this job, it was not a big deal to me.
