His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

Well it took a hammer drill and new concrete anchors to get it done right and more time but the final payment was the same as the original bid. They redid our shower. It was perfect, except a grout product did not perform as expected. Here’s the thing Justin noticed it before I did when he was here on a different project.
