The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Dana was able to come out just a few days after I called (it wasn't an emergency). Dana and Jake arrived just a few minutes after the agreed-on time. They were courteous and professional, and went right to work examining the spigot and figuring out the problem. They explained things clearly as they went along, which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, but with friendliness and a good sense of humor. "As usual, Chris, the serviceman, was on time and neatly dressed. He called ahead when he was 10 minutes from my house, which is helpful. Chris has been to my house before and has always been professional and efficient. If there is an issue, he will explain it to me. Most recently, he detected a leaking valve, told me about it, then replaced it. The company will send me a notice when it is time to change the filters, which helps me to stay on top of maintenance. Office personnel are helpful with setting appointments on my schedule. I trust this company."

"Work was very high-quality and done quickly and as cleanly as concrete removal/replacement can be. We have had water issues in our basement over the years and decided to finally do a long-term solution. We went with Standard Water Control largely because we had gotten a quote from them a few years earlier and were impressed with the sales guy's professionalism. Standard Water Control ripped up the old cement along the edges of the house and installed drain tile, then came back the next day and sealed it back up. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the work. The people we interacted with were all very helpful and professional. The new sump pump is electronically monitored so we can see its status at a glance. It went so well that we decided to have the radon mitigation pump installed by them as well, which they came back to do a few weeks later. The price includes all of this."
