"CPOD was recommended by word of mouth for their quality work. I've waited 2 weeks before writing this review to make sure there's no problems. Not quite a burn-in test, I know. First, 2 gotchas: 1. It's best to call them directly with the number on their web site. I opted to chat first, and the chat-bot made my contact number available to other businesses who contacted me right away. I called CPOD directly a day later. 2. The appraiser was scheduled for 8-noon. I asked if he can block out 10-10:30 because I have a work meeting then. The scheduler said yes. The appraiser showed up at 10:05. A little passive aggressive perhaps? Now my co-workers meme about this. The gist: Dean was my technician. He's quite the gentleman: no nonsense and thoroughly professional. He not only replaced the broken guide slat of my garage door, he re-calibrated the whole thing and it is smoother and quieter than it's ever been. We use the door at least 5 times per day (10 open/close). It's been 140 of those and I'm still happy with the work. Thanks, Dean!"

The deck I had was rotting and had missing pieces so we had to put this green mesh tarp to cover the holes. It was hideous. All anchors had to be replaced. -RUST DAMAGE all over our existing deck and concrete patio from discarded metal shavings. -PAINT OVERSPRAY DAMAGE. -DEEP SCRATCHES AND GOUGES in our existing deck from dragging and dropping railing. 30+ deck boards ruined. -NO COMMUNICATION for wks. Over 30 emails and dozens of calls and on-site mtgs. *They offered to replace damaged deck boards but only if we signed a RELEASE OF LIABILITY/WORKMANSHIP! *They offered to pay for and deliver new deck boards but we would STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL. *Eventually their Sales Director claimed that we could not prove that they caused the damage to our existing deck and patio. Contrary to their worry free promise, Discount Fence DOES NOT DELIVER GREAT QUALITY and DOES NOT PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE!"
