He advised what the problem was and said he would call back after checking to see if he had the parts. He called me back within 30 minutes to advise he had the parts and what the cost to repair would be. We agreed on a time for the same day and he showed up on time. During the repairs (which took about 45 minutes), I mentioned a possible problem with my clothes dryer. He checked the dryer and found a major problem waiting to happen. He showed me the problem, had the parts and repaired it. It took about an hour and a half to complete both issues, all on the same day and at a great price. I now have my washer and dryer like new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
