"They responded same day. The service man Robert was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and the cost to repair our refrigerator was more than reasonable. We will definitely use them again."

"Murad was great, on time, and replaced the cracked water outlet hose on my washer in no time. Reasonable price. Will hire again if I have an appliance to be fixed."

"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

"I had a dryer that wasn’t heating up my clothes properly & they had a tech come out, they were very efficient and professional and very punctual. Thank you Nolan appliances repair."

"The Equipment Drs were incredibly helpful and acted quickly to repair our dryer. Thorough communication during the whole process. Our technician was friendly, knowledgable, and efficiently installed the new timer. Thank you El!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"From start to finish, Rhode Island Appliance was a joy to work with. Maria set up the appointments, and Frank did all the hard work. He helped us pick out our new washer dryer and installed it for us; that makes it sound like an easy job, but it was NOT. The cords in the back of the appliances gave us an issue, but he worked endlessly to make sure that our new pieces fit seamlessly into our laundry closet. The install should have taken way less time than he actually spent doing it, but he would not give up and spent extra hours of his time to make sure the job was done perfectly. Furthermore, he gave us great advice about other appliances for our house. Frank is a true consummate professional, and was pleasant and kind to work with despite all the setbacks. I am happy to give my business to this company and will, most certainly, call them again if I am in need of an appliance, or if I need help, advice, or repair. Thank you, Rhode Island Appliance, for your friendly, exceptional service!"
