"I had issues with my electric dryer and the oven is my gas range. Justin from Apex Technical Services diagnosed both issues quickly and explained what components were defective and what they would cost to replace. The parts were ordered and 2 days later Justin returned and finished the repairs and our appliances are working perfectly. I am more than satisfied with the job Justin did. He kept me informed on the status of the parts order and scheduling the final repair. He even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. I will definitely call Apex for any future appliance repairs!! I will highly recommend Apex and especially Justin to anyone in need of appliance repairs."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Great technician and nice guy, fix my washer and dryer the same day for 300$ , good job"

"Fast and friendly service. The repairman was knowledgeable and communicated the problem and repair needed. I would definitely use their service again."

"Sharon from Exterior Metals was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. They arrived promptly, got the job done with no fuss, and even gave me a new hose for my dryer, no charge. I'll definitely be going back to them for duct cleaning very soon.
