They showed up within a few hours of the request and our house is new to us, the former owners made some "interesting" choices, but these guys worked with all the idiosyncrasies of our place to get the machine installed. After they left, I started a load and it started to rock REALLY hard, we called them back and they turned around and came right back to fix it, then stayed to see a load go to make sure the issue was fixed.
