"Diagnosed my gas dryer problem in about 30 seconds. Didn't have the required part with him but showed me a "workaround" that had me operational within 5 minutes. Shipped the required part at no extra charge directly to my house within a week. Stayed to visit with me and chat about care for my classic but high-quality gas dryer with great advice about keeping it going and how to know when the day will come when it must be replaced. Showed up exactly on time. I am VERY impressed! When your classic old appliance needs just enough expert service to keep it going a couple more years, THIS is the guy to call. Note: This was a REAL dryer built with real hardware electrical circuits (not a computer pretending to be a dryer) so it lends itself well to service by an experienced serviceperson that knows the laws of physics and reality. I don't think ANYBODY could have fixed a modern, computerized dryer as quickly as I experienced. Repairmen just can't reset or flash firmware that fast!"

"Great experience.Tech showed up on time, and he was very knowledgeable and polite. Got my washer fixed same day. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Alex responded promptly to my repair request and fixed my refrigerator issue quickly. He was very responsive and explained both my issue and his repair well."

I definitely will recommend them to all my family and friends. 5 stars all the way thanks...."
