"Great job repairing, sanding, and painting my deck."

"We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well. When we finally returned to Provincetown we were truly amazed. His work is beautiful. His prices, we believe, more than fair. Peggy Schmidt"

"Patrick contacted me right away and came out to give me an estimate….on a Sunday! He carefully listened to what I was looking for, gave me a very reasonable price and we scheduled an appointment. Patrick and crew just finished up and they did a perfect job. They were meticulous, cleaning up as they went. Limelight will be our go to landscape company for our future projects. I will highly recommend them to friends and neighbors as well."

Rolled with the changes I requested to the color choices agreeably, kindly and with understanding. Offered to come back if I found anything I needed changed or fixed. Cleaned up thoughtfully.
