"The job went pretty good. The only glitch is the guys that installed were not updated, or aware of a boundary line adjustment discussed between the primary company liaison and myself. Hence, when they installed they did so according to original paperwork. :( However, after I contacted the company about the matter, and spoke with my liason, even though an entire fence side needed to be adjusted _ they were willing to do so. The overall workmanship and services otherwise were good, so a tip was given in lite of the day they had to come out and adjust the fence. It was worth it all."

The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "It was an absolute pleasure working with DanDale Fence. The experience was pleasurable from start to finish. The salesmen Ryan was very thorough in his presentation and didn't hesitate to answer questions when asked about the product. Every point that he touched on we personally experienced from a No-Name contractor from Lowe's. The quality of the vinyl fence that was presently there was leaning and had gaps between the panels. Some of the post were not not secured in the ground and the DanDale workers brought it to our attention. We are very pleased with the new vinyl fence that we have and though it may have been a little pricey it was well worth it. It even came with a 5 year warranty of which we never had from our previous vinyl fence installer. Excellent job by an excellent and professional crew. I would highly recommend DanDale to those who want a true professional to install their fence."
