He will not quit on a task until he is satisfied that it has been done to his high standard of quality work. We could not be happier with the vinyl flooring installation he just completed for us. "AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."

"Our house is in a historical district and approval is needed from the Historical Commission before work can be done. There was other work already scheduled on the property and Felipe was understanding that the exterior painting had to wait. When it was time for the painting, Felipe scheduled the work without much delay. Felipe informed us at each step during the painting, ie, replacing siding. The workers were friendly and respectful. Considering the work to be done, it was completed in a timely manner even though there were a few rainy days."
