"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

Due to my arthritis I was unable to install there Installation took less then 30 minutes and the plumber told me I was getting a great deal then charged me 338.00 my mistake Ill never use your service or theirs again and I will pass this on to my neighbors and friends"

"Representative came to our house exactly on time, make a careful inspection, and advised us that for the damages involved it would likely not be cost-effective to do a repair. I asked for a firm bid, and he took the time and effort to come up with detailed drawings and a detailed estimate even though he knew I was unlikely to take the bid.I found him to be very professional, non-pressured, and I was impressed by his honesty in not pushing me to do something that was likely unnecessary. Always good to find an honest service person.I would recommend using them and will plan to do so if the need arises again.
