They also tore out and installed carpet for my whole house. They were quick and clean taking all the old carpet and cleaning up scraps. The job was complete in just a day and a half. The biggest job Rock Creek Roofing and Construction has done for me is replacing my roof and siding on my new shop. The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. "We submitted a request for a bid and received a call from the owner, Mark, on a Saturday. He came right over, reviewed our needs and listened to my feedback. Mark was very thorough and identified a few deficiencies with our current gutters and drainage, he submitted a bid on the spot. After considering other bids, we decided to go with Mark and his team for new 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" downspouts . Mark texted a few days ahead of their arrival to confirm the schedule. On install day, he and his team arrived on time and started promptly. Mark communicated very effectively and ensured we were comfortable with all downspout locations and path. They added several extensions to ensure we were comfortable with the drainage location of all downspouts. All of the work occurred during the current shutdowns related to COVID19. Mark and his team all respected and practiced social distancing guidelines and boundaries during the entire project, and they did a great job cleaning up the job site before leaving. "If you want an immediate reply to your inquiry, professionalism, and friendly and quick scheduling of service, Anthony at DTS Plumbing is your guy. Anthony came to my house on a Monday to determine if I needed to replace my sump pump (I had seen slight amount of water following a huge storm) and possibly install a back-up battery unit. He recommended a new sump pump to replace my old system (original to the house), but advised me NOT to spend the extra money on a back-up battery unit. He could have easily have told me to spend that additional cash on a back-up, but instead won a customer for life with his honesty and integrity. My new sump pump was scheduled for install just two days after Anthony visited. It took him less than 10 minutes to complete the job, and I was immediately on my way back to work.
