"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Eric R and Brandon F did a fantastic job. They took the time to show me what I needed. Thier attention to detail and explaining everything to me with pictures as proof was very nice. They had good suggestions on working on the roof instead of the siding as the roof was much worse."

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. They came out to verify sizes and sign the contract order. pricing came in right what I was estimated over the phone which is always good news. Once the windows were in we got delivery scheduled. They got all 4 windows and a patio door in within about 4 hours. They had several installers come so they could be done ASAP. I am very pleased with the windows, the service and that anytime I had questions I could send a text and ask. We will be using them again if we ever have more windows, siding or roofing issues. I recommend you call them and see what they can offer you. It was very straightforward pricing ."
