Initially the Sales person said that the county permitting process will be taken care of by them. However, later the project manager said it is all on my own and I ended up doing all of that. The project also had a few scheduling, licensed plumber related and measurement related issues. Overall satisfied with the installation but sales and project management experience can be better."
