"Slightly disappointed that the carpets felt a little crunchy after they'd dried and comparing the shower tile cleaning with a friend who had it done by another vendor, it could have been a little better. Also, when comparing to other companies, I thought the shower clean would be the whole shower (some companies actually will clean the glass too) but when the tech arrived on site, he said he would only be able to clean the grout. Prompt response, punctual, Small note: Slightly pushy sales tactics that I didn't like; I never actually submitted the appointment form online, I started it, but didn't complete and submit because I had some questions to discuss with spouse, however their online system must collect the personal data anyway because I got a phone call within 24 hours. The main reason I wouldn't hire again is I'd rather support a small business in the future. I gave the bigger business a chance due to radio promotions."

"This was the second time we had them clean. The first time was perfect....dusted, vacuumed, and the overall experience was very good. This time, not so. Pictures on the walls were left askew, and in general, wherever items on shelves had once been set, they were moved without any concern for putting things back in their places. Then there was the clutter on kitchen counters, around the bathroom vanities, and shower products. None of which showed any signs that the areas had been cleaned because all of those items were left in the same mess. Now all this could have been resolved with them taking at least some responsibility for the poor job. But, though I contacted them to voice my displeasure the same day, I was not responded to promptly. In fact, it wasn’t until my third email that I got a response. And, then, what I received was excuses. I’m only writing now because today I received an email that once again neglected to acknowledge any concern for my displeasure. I told them I didn’t understand how they could charge the same amount they charged for the fist “first full whole house cleaning”. Their excuses did not hold water. Saying they don’t put things back in their places and yet leaving clutter as it is is perplexing. I am disappointed that this company that I had originally wanted to use as my go to resource is no longer thought of the same way."

We chose them only because they guaranteed complete satisfaction (we were completely satisfied); but next time we will hire one of Angie's list price competitive businesses!"

"Just moved into a new house and the carpets were already in good condition. Did not think they could get any better, I was wrong as Willie from Steam Pro made them look brand new. Scheduling the appointment was super easy. Steam Pro showed up right on time and went to work quick. Willie talked me through everything he was doing and provided information about the products he was using. Even offered to repair a part of the carpet that was coming up. These guys did an excellent job on my carpet and I will be using them again."

I needed the tile in my kitchen and bathroom repaired after buying a "fixer-upper" house. Jaun came in and gave a fair estimate and explained the process in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly at every meeting. If you are like me, you may be jaded by service providers saying they will be at your house at a certain time and showing up hours later. Not so with Jaun. He was punctual and the job was done when he said it would be. The tile looks absolutely outstanding. I cannot sing his praises enough! If you need your tile done, I would highly recommend calling Jaun at Sir Grout. You will NOT be sorry. <br />"
