"The task was first to correct squeaking underflooring and second to install carpet. Wagner Floors did not correct the squeaking underflooring, which would have involved replacing plywood underflooring so as to cut plywood pieces to put all butt joints over the joists. The company said it would fix the underflooring, but did not do that part of the work. The young men who replaced the carpeting did a very good job. That was half the work. I recommend against employing Wagner Floors."

"We picked Dave Marzelek, owner of DC Hardwood Flooring, to refinish our 30-yr old red oak floors after studying reviews and getting bids from three other candidates. Dave was our clear choice because: • He explained why we didn’t need to sand down the entire floor by applying special attention to the worst areas • He bids the job and does the work himself • He uses high quality fast drying ProKote polyurethane finish • He explained his process step-by-step • He had numerous high reviews Our choice proved to be excellent! • Dave arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job • He invited us to give the surface a close inspection after the first coat, and then improved several minor spots with a color-matched material that filled in minor flaws in the wood, before applying the 2nd coat • He finished on time, and left the area clean • We were so pleased with the result that we engaged Dave to refinish two more areas in a rental property that had red oak flooring"

"Renters in my home for only 5 months destroyed my brand new wood floors. 😱Footprint floors were able to sand and restrain the floors to look like new. Thank you!"

"Joe and Tina (Joe's Flooring and Painting) did an excellent job on our project! They were very clear in communication, budgeting and charged reasonable rates for quality work. They installed extra long vinyl plank flooring, baseboards, as well as remove and construct a new double wood staircase. They kept a clean work environment, were very polite and worked efficiently to complete the project in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Joe's Flooring and Painting for your flooring needs! Will definitely be hiring them again for their painting services this year."

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"Flooring was installed in a room which was previously carpeted, and adjacent to a hardwood floor. I was told that it would be difficult to match the existing floor but the team did a great job and the small difference in color is barely noticeable. Dan and Pat did a great job."

"Extremely well. The schedule for the work was reasonable and each step of that schedule was completed in a timely manner. Materials were delivered as scheduled and carefully placed in my home. Baseboard molding and bannister spindles were removed, marked for identification and stored. The new flooring was installed and sanded. Todd expertly helped in the choice of stain color. When the finishing steps were completed and the molding and spindles replaced, the result was fantastic! The workmanship is top notch and the house looks terrific. I will not hesitate to use Juxtaposition Hardwood for any future flooring needs."

"Clark Hardwood Flooring and Refinishing, Inc. refinished our wood floors. We live in a ranch, and the entire main level is hardwood flooring except for the bathrooms and laundry room, so it was a huge job. I would highly recommend this company. Their work was perfect, and I mean PERFECT. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said it would be finished. You can tell they take pride in their work. They left specific instructions as to when we could walk on the floor and when we could start moving our furniture back into the house. If you want quality work done on your hardwood floors, call this company!"

"I tend to be a very picky consumer and Joshua exceeded every expectation. He called the day before the job was scheduled to start to confirm his arrival time and he was one time and ready to go! He was professional, respectful of my home (careful not to know walls/woodwork), happily answered all my questions and completed the floor installs ahead of schedule and did a BEAUTIFUL job! His work ethic and skill is to be commended and I would happily recommend Joshua to anyone that needs this type of work done! Thank you Joshua!!!!!!!"
