"Luis contacted me very quickly after the referral and came onsite Friday. He had a quote back to me before Monday and was ready to work on Wednesday. My soffits and fascia were an issue and he replaced the wood and reset the soffit's. He found some extra issues on my roof that caused some leaks and exceeeded what I had expected as he fixed those as well! It looks so good and I know this repair will last me a long time to come. In addition, he cut some unwieldy bushes for me and even carried them away. I would 100% hire him again for any work on my place. Cleanup was excellent as well after he finished."

He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. "Ron came to inspect my roof on 10.30.08 I had a leak on the south wall between the gutter and the garage wall. I figure that my roof was built at least 25 years ago. Rain and melting snow would leak right inside the garage. I do have a flat roof, which is one of Roofing Connections specialties. Ron's knowledge of the roofing trade was very impressive and I was very confident about what needed to be done.Ron applied a temporary patch. My roof had an inch or so of pea gravel over the entire surface, this makes it difficult to inspect the entire roof surface. The pea gravel was removed and roof power washed - you could have eaten off that roof when he was done. We decided to resurface and silver-seal the entire roof. I also had damage to a small overhang above the front door that Ron noticed, the shake was loose and was badly damaged by the south sun. He even crawled down under the house to retrieve stored cedar shake and used that for the job, keeping my cost down. The shake repair was immaculate, Ron is a true perfectionist that takes great pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Roofing Connections to anyone especially if you have a flat roof and the cedar shake repair was absolutely beautiful."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
