"Brian was fantastic. He cleaned our gutters and repaired parts of them. He did it in a timely manner, was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Amazing people to work with. Keif and Benito were timely, funny and professional the whole time. We went with the cement Citing with them! Gave us a lot of insight and removed all doubt that we would have had taking such a big project like this. Could not have asked for a better team to help with the whole process."

"Easy to work with. Elmer came out to give me a quote for repairs, he gave me a quote broken down for each item that needed to be done. They repaired the soffit, fascia a piece of siding and gutters one week later, all in one day, and it looks great. Will use them again."

"Don was thorough in his bid. Mark was an impeccable worker. Neat and a true artist in siding our home."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
