He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. "I called Nutter Appliance to fix my Thermador oven because it wouldn’t heat. Ken, the Thermador technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the oven out of its enclosure and then checked the heating element, wires to heating element, mother board, relay switch that sends current to the heating element, and the Interlock air switch, which closes when the oven fan is blowing to prevent the oven from overheating. The problem was that the Interlock air switch wasn’t closing so that the oven wouldn’t turn on. It was fortunate that I called Nutter Appliance because they had Thermador switch even though the part was no longer available from Thermador. I was really pleased with Nutter Appliance and highly recommend them."
