"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. "The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled. 
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.
