"Mitch and partner, Bill, repaired and refinished our two redwood decks. Although the initial estimate was based on refinishing and some very minor repairs, the decks, upon closer inspection required more extensive repair due to ledger board rot. Mitch and Bill explained the safety reasons for the additional ledger support and kept us posted throughout the process. The cost, due to the more extensive repairs, was reasonable, and the life of the decks was extended sufficiently to allow us to budget for replacement in the future. Both Mitch and Bill worked consistently to finish the job and were neat and respectful of our home.
