"This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. Vazquez & Sons treats my projects like professionals and never make me feel like small potatoes. I’m a loyal customer, and plan to be, as long as Vazquez & Son is in business."

"I have a 2005 Saturn Vue and my remote keyless entry fob began working intermittently. Eventually, the Unlock button fell out and I couldn't lock my door any longer because I wouldn't be able to unlock it. I called the dealership to see how much it would cost to replace the remote. I was quoted a price of $95 for the remote itself, and then $64 to have it programmed for my car. I found a replacement remote online for $24.99 through Amazon, but because of the year/make/model of my car, it had to be programmed by a dealer or a locksmith. I have never had to contact a locksmith before, so I decided to look to Angie's List to find a Locksmith in my area with experience with cars. I contacted Laurel's Lock Shop and spoke with a very pleasant woman. (I found out that her name was Dianna.) She had me hold while she first made sure that they could program my specific car remote, and then told me the hours I could come in. I went the next morning before work and was again met by Dianna. She was able to program the the remote quickly, and I made it to work on time. I will definitely be back in the next couple of weeks to get a couple of more keys made to my car. Because of the pleasant attitude, knowledge, and information she provided to me regarding my car, I think I have found a Locksmith for life! <br />"

"Mr. Perry was great--responsive, prompt, courteous, and friendly. Of course, he kept suggesting additional items to power wash, for an additional charge, but I still felt it was a reasonable and fair cost. He is very conscientious about his work and does a great job. Only negative was that he cleaned the exterior of the storm doors, but did not open them to also clean the exteriors of the entry doors. When he was done, we did a walk around and he cheerfully touched up a few minor things I pointed out. That's when I noticed one of the exterior entry doors was missed & he promptly power washed it. I forgot to check the other exterior entry door during our final walk thru, and it had been missed, but since I forgot to check it before he left, I can't really hold that against him, as he would have corrected the oversight immediately had I pointed it out. Overall, he did a great job and was very professional. A pleasure to work with and I will use his services again for future power washing needs.
