"Was very happy initially when we put in the sprinklers. They were expensive, but seemed of good quality. Nate told my husband that they would winterize and restart in spring for 3 years as part of our contract. They came out and winterized at no cost, no problem last winter. When I called to get an appt for them to come out and start up, was told by receptionist/ofc person that it would be $250-350 to restart ( basically turn a couple knobs) i advised of the three year agmt and she said they did not do that and there would be a charge. My husband called and asked to speak with Nate or give him a message to contact my husband to confirm. This never happened. She advised if we restart ourselves, it would void our warranty. Kind of feeling like a bait n switch there.... What is a quality sprinkler system is now diminished by the lack of concern/customer service from the Co. We are disappointed as I did my due diligence to locate Nationscapes and my husband really liked and trusted Nate."
