Then their team shows up at the property on Memorial Day with no notice and they tore out one fence without my permission - my tenant called me around 9am. Long story short - I demanded a 10% reduction on price due to the awful communications and going to the property and rippping out fencing without any notice or permission to do so. The work was very good. I was told that a there was confusion and missed communication because one of their teams was quarantined with covid19 and it threw the company into chaos trying to complete projects and stay on schedule."
