"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "I'm writing this review for the excellent work they did on to home projects. I started off with wanting my 1960 bathroom remodeled and started looking for a company that would do a good job and want I wanted. I had 10 different local companies come out to give me a bid on the job. The job consist of taking out a sliding glass door with block and a window and filing in the garden tub floor to be level with the floor. Replacing the drop ceiling with real drywall, ceiling fan vent , and lights on ceiling and sunken shower. And then all new walls, floor and all new fixtures. Because of the sunken tub and sliding glass door and the extent on demo of 1960 bathroom. Not one single company except Finest Builders would take on the demo. NOT ONE! Yes, all of the companies could do the job at a higher price than Finest Builders but they would not touch the sliding glass door and sunken tub. Only Jonathan Bourassa the owner of Finest Builder would take on the job. Jonathan came to my house and was very professional and polite. He looked at the job and said he could do the job. The price was real good also. Just imagine! They could do everything I wanted at a good price. HEAVEN! Jonathan shower up with his employee Steve and started the demo. I was really hard work because the walls were 9'' of concrete and plaster. I was really impressed with the demo work. Jonathan does all his own work with Steve so they are the only people you work with. No other side contractors. After the bathroom was gutted the bathroom sliding door was replaced with block and a window. The garden tub shower was filled in with concrete. Through all the week they worked on the bathroom. Showing up at 0800 until they were done for the day. I always got a email from Jonathan if something stopped him from coming. LOVED THAT! Jonathan even stopped the job because I went to Italy for 10 days. He immediately came to work on the bathroom when I got back. I pretty much left the design of the bathtub shower to Jonathan. Boy was I impressed with the outcome. After all the work they did, my bathroom was now an Oases! Just Beautiful.! Gone were the sliding doors and garden tub/shower, sunken ceiling, old orange tile and outdated cream floor and outdated bathroom cabinet and fixtures. In its place was a bathroom that looked larger, was done in all white tile and white bathroom cabinets and sink and larger soaking tub/shower. Along with all new walls, ceiling and wood flooring. The dedication and quality of work from these to were just outstanding. They were very trustworthy like a family member.. I also had them come back and lay a 13x24 slab of concrete patio the length of my house. Once again for a really good price and fast and clean work. I would recommend Finest Builders for any single female or couple for the job. Top rated work. I wish I could post the pics of the work. IT was wonderful. "This company did a fantastic job in refurbishing my small bathroom. They gave me a fair price they told me it would take a couple of weeks thatâ s exactly what they did they finished it on time and on budget. That is all I ask for. If you want someone to do the job they say they will do in the time they say theyâ ll do it, hire this company. I didnâ t have to put up with any nonsense, or any delays or any surprises. They are great. I will hire them again for future projects. Quality work, quickly completed!"

"2nd2None was very responsive to calls and texts. Price was competitive and he showed up on time, cleaned the site and most importantly did a good job. They pay attention to details and realized that the measurements for each riser was different from one side to the other and took the time to make three cuts on each stair. Would have been much easier to make one cut and lay the tile in and just grout the extra space but they did the job the right way. Would hire again."

"Ron came over ahead of time and took notes on what I wanted done, assuring me that it could all be done within the allotted time specified on the coupon deal. I was at work when they came, so don't know for sure if they were here for the allotted time, but they did not do all that I asked. Yard looks much improved, but just not sure why certain shrubs were left untrimmed, shrubs and small tree in front that he said they could trim were not done, and growth between pavers not completely removed. Also, I was told everything would be bagged up neatly and set in the alley or put in my dumpster, but the dumpster was filled to overflowing with loose foliage spilling out all over the area and not bagged - leaving it to me to deal with. They just didn't do all that was promised, and Ron has never checked back with me to see if I was happy with the job, nor did he provide me with an estimate on mulching that he promised initially. However, I don't think I would hire them for that now, anyway."

"My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the work performed by this company! Their workmanship is excellent and their work and materials were reasonably priced. We had a significant amount of deck/patio to cover and the work was started and completed on time. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. We thought Jaydel and his crew were great. We enjoyed working with Ira, the owner of the company. He is very knowledgeable and was terrific at pointing out the important aspects of installing pavers. His company offered a huge selection of materials from which to choose. We would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend their work."
