"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. "Trust came out and installed my roof. The roof looks good and I think the price for the value was good. I had 2 issues, one was that here were a bunch of nails in the drain and when it rained, which was the next day, a bunch of nails were in my driveway, I called Trust and they sent someone right out to clean and re-magnet the area to ensure there was no more nails. The second issue was the crew accidentally drove a nail through the Freon line in my attic. The owner of the company called me and told me he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. So he stopped by and resolved the issue. I want to be clear. This is the way that you handle business and I truly would whole heartily recommend this company as they do care about their customers and the roof does look fantastic."
