"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"First thing is first, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY 2022 Lexus RC 350. I have never taken it to the car wash because I love hand washing it myself and taking it out. So when I had a card on my window for Pressure, my first response was never would I let anyone else wash it. I've been just so busy that I haven't had a chance and I definitely didn't want to take it to terrible or wow car wash. So I gave in, but let me tell you. I watched this man wash every inch of my car and I inspected it afterwards for ANY damages. I can honestly say that the experience was better than expected. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
