"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"

"Efficient and helpful, 5 star service all the way. I had asked for a bid and he followed up a few days later to see if I had found a locksmith. That follow up earned my business, he asked for pictures of the locks so he was prepared. Day of service he got right to work, then hurricane force winds hit. He improvised and used my kitchen counter to rekey 8 locks while the storm blew through . He was quick and very clean never would have know it was a work space, we had pleasant conversation while he worked. He also was able to open my mailbox and replace that lock without drilling . He even helped program my garage door remote . He is everything you want in a small business. His number is saved in my contacts cause he is who I will call for a locksmith or his roadside service . His prices are very reasonable."

"Until today, Lindi has serviced us in many ways. Our less than 3 yr old water heater ($1800) was diagnosed as “defective” and needed replacement. The quote was $984, at our expense. This doesn’t seem reasonable to us as it is half of the cost of the water heater. Seems the mfg should be covering most of this. Jason said “industry standards” is $775 plus travel etc. We are having another company do the job for $360 and possible parts for $100. Needless to say, we will no longer do business with Lindi. "

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
