"Plumber was hired to unclog main sewer, had to rent equipment because didn’t have his own, after leaving first day was doing laundry and running dishwasher and sewer was still backed up , called that night and plumber said would be back next day but once again didn’t have the right equipment to do job, thought problem was solved but 2 days later sewer backed up again, didn’t trust this person to do job again, it seemed like he was trying to ghost me on second occasion but I kept calling, wouldn’t answer, but I kept texting but like I said did not do anything to fix problem on 2nd visit"

"These people did some work on a sewage pipe in our driveway on the home right before we bought it. A part of our driveway started to crumble and we contacted them. On multiple occasions, who I believe is the owner and the woman who works in the front office, claimed they would put us on the schedule to have the work repaired and yet months and months go by and they never put us on the schedule. All they had to do was say "we are not coming to fix your driveway." Instead, they continued to play games and act as if they were. We even gave them another job at our house while we were waiting and they were happy to accept that money. Never again. My suggestion is to not use this company."

Additionally, I decided to replace the sump pump as part of the project. However, I was shocked when I was quoted over $13,000 for the job. Given the urgency of the situation—my family needed hot water—I reluctantly agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, I later realized that I was overcharged by approximately $5,000 for the project. To make matters worse, after the installation, the team left a mess on the street that they didn’t clean up. While I am relieved my family now has hot water and a new water softener system, I cannot justify the excessive cost or the unprofessional behavior. I would caution anyone considering Larry & Sons to think twice before doing business with them. In my experience, they took advantage of a dire situation, leaving me feeling overcharged and disappointed."
