"Never sure how things will go when hiring for a major job but was very happy with this choice. Murray was good to work with and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They removed old siding, installed the new, answered any questions I had and cleaned the area well when the job was completed. House looks beautiful."

"We needed to have the siding on one side of our home replaced because of heat damage. Home Genius gave us estimates on various materials, and advice on what type of siding we needed to avoid the problem in the future. Color matching was very important since we only needed replacement one side of the house, and the new siding matches very well. The two men who installed the siding were both friendly and professional. They did a great job. The Project Manager came when the job was finished to make certain we were happy with the work. We would definitely call Home Genius for any future needs."

"The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair."

"Owner called me on a Thursday evening, we set an appointment for a free estimate, which he did in about 15 minutes in his truck after measurements were taken and he confirmed the job could be done within two weeks. The 4 member crew was very polite and efficient. High winds had shut down their work on the day they intended to complete the project, so they returned 2 days later to finish the job with about 4 hours work. I would never hesitate to contact Chad Haggert and his group to do another roof/siding project for me."

"The company demonstrated true professionalism. The replacement was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product looked great. It only took one day to remove the old shingles, replace areas of bad wood, and install the new shingles. I was amazed at the work ethic of the entire team. Most importantly the clean up was perfect. I couldn’t find a single nail or any pieces of shingles. I would definitely use Planet Roof again, and have recommended them to my friends and family."

"The process from quotation through completion of my roof was very smooth. They were very responsive and professional. I have already recommended them to family and friends."

"Several strips of siding blew off my house around the 3rd floor. Wayne had his crew out and fixed it the same day I called. Very happy."
