"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. "We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot. "They were wonderful. The sq footage of the house is 1300sq foot, and it is one story. When I called them, I wanted them to come right out, but they said that it would be better to wait, until the tree had shed all it's leaves, or else it would fill right back up. They said to wait a week or so, and then they called and asked if the leaves were out, and I say yes, so they set up an appointment for the next week. They called on the day of the job, and said they had 4 jobs, and they kept calling during the day letting me know what time they were there. It was cold, and rain when they came, but they still did it, and they were wet, but they still did a great job doing it. I was tickled to death getting it done that cheap. They were very nice guys, and they were workmen. They were doing what they had to do, and they did it very professionally. They were just really good at what they did."
