"Duncan Appliance is second to none!  My family has used this appliance repair company back when it was called Dennis Appliance in the 1980's.  Mr Dennis was the original repair company here in Carmel.  Always based here in Carmel their service is in high demand mainly because they do it right the FIRST TIME!  It may be hard for them to schedule same day repair but its it worth the wait!  Recent experience with a last minute repair we could not get on Duncan Appliance schedule based on how IN DEMAND their service is!  We had to call another Carmel Appliance repair company and it was a real fiasco!  Repair was quick and shotty and they demanded cash for the work!  Called Duncan Appliance again and got on the schedule again and we were not disappointed this time!  Tony came out, looked at the dryer issue and ordered the part and went and picked it up same day, came back at 5:30PM same day and did the repair.  Showed me the defective parts, left them with me and the dryer has never worked better!  Duncan takes credit cards and emailed the receipt within minutes.  LOVE DUNCAN APPLIANCE SERVICE! <br />"

"<p>Our technician - Sean - did a fantastic job when he repaired our 15-year-old Sub Zero refrigerator after it started having trouble maintaining temperature and the sealed system needed to be replaced. I am very picky about cleanliness and Sean was respectful of our home - he wore shoe covers, used a mat to protect the granite countertops from his tools and a floor mat to prevent scratches and gouges from the refrigerant tanks, took his trash with him, etc. He worked efficiently to finish the job and ended up being at our home until after 10:00 p.m. I sincerely appreciated his working into the late evening to ensure our family of 6 had a working refrigerator in time for the weekend. Sean was mind enough to take the time to help us get our dishwasher secured in place and even let us know we could contact him on his cell if we had any issues. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Appliance again.</p> <br />"

I purchased my new washer from Turner Appliance, and on the day my new washer was delivered and installed, the installers were very polite and punctual. They were professional, and had it installed very quickly! They, also, disposed of my old washer. I have to say, things went very well!"

We texted back and forth a few times and Jerry ended up coming out the very next morning. He had all the parts he needed on his truck to make the repair and within 10 minutes he was done and out the door. So worth the money! We know our dryer will last much longer than anything we'd buy today. Highly recommend them!"
