Chris that came out with them was also a very nice person. On our frosted shower doors I give nothing. I am so upset with them I don't have words. You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Work required re-framing of the bump out roof that had a peak slanted slightly down instead of slightly up. That caused water to easily enter when the wind was blowing. The shingles and underlayment were removed, replaced with ice and water rubberized underlayment, and re-shingled. Very happy with the work done. Cleanup was also complete to my satisfaction. The Centennial employees were very professional and, more importantly, took the time to explain what the cause of the leak was and how it was repaired so that it did not happen again. I highly recommend Centennial to anyone who needs repairs or remodeling work done on their home."
